How to browse the Internet Safely?

Hi to all the Power Users out there who use the Administrator account to Browse the internet, i mean login to the PC using an Administrator account and browse the internet, do you know that by doing so you are putting your system at a higher level for risk from security threats. If you use a Normal User account the damage the Virus can cause is much lesser,  if you still want to browse the internet using the administrator account you can find the link to a microsoft site which would tell you how to disable admin powers to Internet Explorer even when logged in as Administraor.
